April Free Day of Play

Join us for our Free Day of Play and NCSciFest Inno Create Day! This day is 100% free and sponsored by MSKA and NC Sci Fest. From 9am - 5pm come play, innovate, create, explore, learn, imagine, and have FUN. Programming will occur every hour, on the hour, so you can't miss it! All programs are all ages - so join the fun and celebrate NCSciFest 2024 with us!

Moments With Mom

May 11th, 2024 9am-11am EST

Come celebrate Mother's Day at our royal tea party filled with magical moments including tea, snacks, crafts, flower arrangements, and of course, royal guests. Dress up in your royal attire and join us for a morning of fun with mom!

A FREE. DAY. OF. PLAY. Our friends at the Military Spouse Kickball Association (MSKA) have generously offered to cover admission for ALL of our guests ALL DAY on Friday, May 24th. From 9am-5pm, your admission is completely covered. Come start your weekend with us playing, imagining, creating, exploring, and learning!

Dance With Dad

June 14th, 2024 6pm-8pm EST

An evening of dancing with dad promises to be a delightful event filled with joy. From capturing moments in photos to engaging in heartfelt conversations, the experience is sure to create lasting memories. Add in some tasty snacks to keep the energy high, and you have a recipe for a truly special and fun-filled night.

Interactive Storytime

Every Tuesday 11am EST

Interactive Storytime is every Tuesday at 11am and is a great chance for children to absorb early language and literacy skills while they are moving! We bring stories to life and extend creative thinking through engaging activities and active group imaginative play. Interactive Storytime is FREE with your admission and registration is not required.

Art Exploration

Every Wednesday 11am-12pm EST

Every Wednesday from 11am-12pm our Creation Station is set up with everything you need to get creative, crafty, and messy with your family! Art Exploration is all about engaging in different age-appropriate mediums of art: watercolors, collages, drawing, painting, using unique tools or textures to create. Children are able to explore and develop unique individual creative expression skills while focusing on the overall exploration process of the art experience rather than the final product. This event is FREE with admission. Registration is not required.

Move With Me Thursdays

Every Thursday 11am EST

New Year, New Movement - Come explore movement EVERY Thursday @ 11am!

Our Move With Me Program offers children opportunities to gain confidence, coordination, improves memory skills, gross motor skills, encourages social building skills, body awareness, balance, and so much more!

Toddler Time

Every Friday 11am EST

Every Friday at 11am we host a weekly Toddler Time. Toddler Time is a wonderful opportunity for little hands to practice their fine motor skills, experiment with sensory activities, get their wiggles out, socialize and more while parents and adults are able to socialize in a supportive environment. Toddler time is FREE with admission, and registration is not required.

STEAMwork Programming

Every Tuesday-Friday 10am & 2pm

Explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through exciting, hands-on experiences that ignite curiosity and spark creativity. Every Tuesday - Friday at 10am and 2pm. Discover the magic of learning while having a blast with our STEAMwork activities. Develop problem-solving skills, unleash your inner innovator, and embark on a journey of endless possibilities!
